Whether you’ve decided to spend more time with God, commit to a solid 20 minutes of daily exercise, clean up your diet , get a good night’s sleep or whatever other healthy habit you want to embrace, pull out your schedule and block out the time you need to achieve that before you fill it up with everything else. And make sure you allocate that block of time at the same time every day. Routine is the fastest path to solid, lasting, healthy habits.
